All our fitters are time served, CSCS Register and UKATA trained as a minimum and our office staff can offer impartial advice and solutions at tender stage to help you secure the work and get the most cost-effective flooring solution.

Project Management
When you choose to engage us for your flooring installation we will assign you a Project Manager. Thats a real person, with a mobile and email address who you can contact when you need to.
Impartial Advice
We work directly with all the UK Manufacturers of soft floor coverings. This means that we can offer, without prejudice the best possible solution to suit your project designs and budget
Installation
We use directly employed, CSCS Registered fitters who are UKATA trained as a minimum. For your installation we assign a project manager as a single point of contact who will supervise the works and self snag before offering it to you, the customer for final sign off.
Our fitters are used to working alongside other trades in often crowded sites and have a positive 'can do' attitude towards getting the job done.
Our staff are capable of reacting to any changing conditions on site, take pride in the quality of their work and as you would expect are friendly, professional and reliable.
Estimating and Budgets
We have invested heavily in IT equipment to be able to smoothly access electronic tenders as well as the traditional paper through the post. We use Callidus floor planning software to scale, mark up and take off drawings.
This infrastructure takes care of the technical aspects for our estimators so they are free to concentrate on securing the best material prices and ultimately the provide the most competitive quotations they can to you.

Health and Safety Culture
Our Managers have IOSHH Managing Safely certifications and we complete Risk Assessments and Method Statements in house specifically for each project before we start. We also work with our specialist Health and safety partner for those more challenging projects and environments. Our fitters are given health and safety briefings before starting on site and regularly throughout the year. We are also accredited with a number of SSIPs
